When I Hit The Eject Button It Doesn't Load Probably It Dose Show My CPU Key Is There Any Other Way To Get My CUP Key?

What do you mean by it doesn't show your CPU Key? Is it booting into Xell?

Yes it boots up but only half of it show's?
1) How long have you tried waiting? Some consoles can take up to 10 minutes to display all the information.
2) do you have the original NAND dump that came with your console. The buyer may or may not have given you a disk or sow thing containing info about your console?

ill try it again soon ill leave it for 10 minutes or so?
Yes also unplug USB/HDD if you have one and try it like that. Also whilst your doing that look around to see if you have your original NAND dump
