So I check my emails today and I have one from Microsoft saying my "privileges have been suspended" for a communication breach which is impossible as when I am online I am in a party not in lobby chat . I went on my Xbox to check and it is not suspended, yet. I havnt done anything and I don't think this is fair, can anyone help me ?

So if you aint suspended there is a chance it was a phishing email.

in that case it will deffo be a phising email, comtact microsoft so they are aware these email are goin around, and ask them about the suspention/ban
