So what PSU will I need to run this build?

Motherboard: MSI 970A-G43*
RAM: 8GB Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz (will be buying another 2x4gb)
HDD: 250GB 7200RPM Western Digital* (will be buying a 1 or 2TB internal at a later date)
Graphics Card: AMD R7 265 (I will be buying a sencond R7 265 so I can cross fire)
DVD Drive: Asus dvd green*
CPU: AMD FX6300 Black edition hex core 3.50Ghz
SSD: Kingston 120GB
Case: Zalman Z11 Plus*

Note: the * next to components means I already have them.

OP Don't bother with another set of RAM or Crossfiring that card. 8GB is fine, and you should aim for one card unless you have one already which is ultra high end.
