I tried downloading apps to help this problem, I tried to clean all the cache and none of these steps ir any steps I have read have worked. Help?

Ok so we need to see what is filling your storage.

Go to Settings and then Storage

See which one has use the most memory

Then you need do it accordingly.

Mine says 3.70gb is Apps

So go into Apps
and check the apps by clicking on them

I will click on 9gag First

Data and cache use around 140mb of storage, so clear cache and data

Do this for most of your apps that you downloaded, dont do things like contacts and album cos you will lose important stuff
