Can someone point me in the direction of a good monitor that supports 1920x1080 and is at least 20" for under $150??

This is a 21.1 inch for $129.99, there are some more models on there too. I have 2 23.6 inch monitors and they cost me $156 a piece.

If you want 21.5" go for the Acer that Alexyy provided, for $120 is a price very hard to beat. If you want a 23"/24" here are some good options;

The Asus that Dillbeat provided is also a good option with the same specs.
