I think I have had really short Lucid dreams in the past.
If you do not know what a lucid dream is, it is a dream, that you can control, making it lucid.
It was a few hallucinations e I actually started to read information that was about the subject.
I was fascinated, and highly interested in what I was reading that explained Lucid dreaming.
So i decided a few days ago I would try.
The technique I was going to use was the mild technique.
The first few nights I had very little luck and accidentally fully fell asleep.
at night I believe I was in the sleep paralysis stage, and experienced hallucinations, that were wierd but interesting, but I ended up falling to sleep, and never became Lucid.
I don't know if I'm doing it wrong.
What I do is I lay in my bed, then I become motionless, but try to keep my mind awake but my body asleep, then the paralysis stage hits, then the Lucid I think.
I just find the whole subject about trying to control your dreams interesting.

Please share your suggestions, and please share your stories, and experiences!!!!

Thank you!

I lucid dream pretty much every night. Once you get used to it you can pretty much imagine anything but, yes i have gone in to sleep paralysis and it was probably one of the scariest moments in my life. But, lucid dreaming is always so good, i have one dream that i keep adding on to every night, i'm married to Kate Upton, live in Greece somewhere have 2 kids, millions of dollars, i'm president, and have threesomes all the time with random amazingly beautiful girls.

Trust me, learn to lucid dream and you'll never regret it.
