I have x12 Turtle Beaches. They work perfectly fine on the xbox 360. But when I plug them in the ports of my computer they won't work at all. I look at the sounds panel and it says that my turtles are plugged in but I just can't hear anything and I can't even use the microphone! Can someone please help and guide me through this.

make sure in your sound options that the turtle beach for recording and playback tabs that the turtles are set to default for your computer
