You get out buy pre-ordering the game. It is redeemable in both COD Ghosts and Black Ops 2. Once you buy the game the code for the camp will either be on the receipt if you pre-order in person or if you do it online once you pre-order the code will come to the email of the account you pre-ordered it on.

Nope, you can only get it by pre ordering, and it's only $5 to pre order.

if you're in the U.S, you can only get it by pre-ordering from gamestop but you have to be a Reward's Card member to get the code.
