What type of router do you have.

once you find out go to the costumer support number and call.

if your retail can connect online, its the jtag or the xelivehive files

Hello there try and look in your profile for errors its vary rare that it will be that cause you usually only get dns errors when its your ISP I suggest you look for any files with a yellow Exclamation mark. But if you don't I would check with your ISP. Sorry I could not do much help here anyways have a grate day. Hope it gets fixed soon.

Go to dashlaunch then find network and turn off live strong and live block and then save you launch.ini file then reboot your rgh or jtag then launch your rgh or jtag back up and you should be able to connect
