The amount of solder looks fine, but it looks like you held the iron there a little long. Try pre-tinning your points and make sure you try to keep the soldering iron on the point for as little time as possible to prevent burning the board

i think i burnt the board a little but error code on xbox did not change. Would it have changed if something bad happened to the board? im trying to recover from a bad nand flash

You're fine, if it had burnt the board then it wouldn't power on anymore at all.

I would turn your irons temp down a bit if its controlled
if it isnt try not to keep iron so long but amount of solder is fine

One more quick question. Cain i keep the jr programmer connected at all times so i dont have to solder ever again. Im not a pro at it and im glad i didnt mess up my xbox.

you can leave the wires connected but disconnect the jrprorammer from the wires
