i tried to change the KV with 360flash tool and it was saying BAD in everything, i bypassed it and writer to the band of my xbox, now when i open it it got RROD. solution plz? will rep

Did you just open the kv up and not your NAND your supposed to open up your NAND than import kv

it seems to me like you have probably flashed a bad nand. See if you can still access xell to reflash your nand. If xell is inaccessible then you may have to use something such as nand-x or jr-programmer to flash your nand.

As said above press the DVD drive button and see if it boots to Xell, if it does you may be able to save your console
