also,
1. turn on ps3
2. after ps3 is on open target manager and find your ps3 and once you find it right click and put debug station
3. after that right your going to see a folder on the left called debug station then you'll see your ps3
4. right click it and put connect then click on Karnel explorer
5. start up a game that you wana mod and wait 3 seconds after starting up debuger
6. after you open it your going to see a file just right click it and put attach and your going to see a message pop up just put ok
7. after you done that go back to taget manager and on the top your going to click on a green play button
8. after your game loads up find your modding program and right click it and put run as administrator and a message is going to pop up just put yes to run it an start modding
try this:
PS3 Debug Settings
Debug Settings>Release Check Mode>Development Mode
Debug Settings>Boot Mode>System Software Mode
Debug Settings>Network Settings for Debug>Single Setting
PC
After getting connected on the target manager I reset it to System Software Mode.
Check on the Console Output if it booted to System Software Mode.
Open Debugger.
