Well obviously you have to have a hack/mod.

It happens randomly when someone lags out of the match and somone connects as they are lagging out. When the person lags out, they one connecting glitches out and looks like an enemy .

well just ask them how they do it. but this same glitch happened to me one day when i joined a game you can still be killed by or kill the other team.
