So recently my mic broke the wire is cut a little but there wires are still connected from what i can see i was wondering if there was a way i could fix this

Ps - forgot to mention i can plug it in it shows up as i have a mic in but cant talk or hear people

buy a new one they aren't very expensive probably no more then $15

Those $20 xbox mics aren't very reliable. Probably not a real way to "fix" it

If you really wanted to get it fixed you could get a knife cut off the rubber protection part and reconnect the wires either by wrapping them around or with special equipment.

Personally i would just get a new mic, it would save a lot of hassle and to be honest if you did a rough job of it it wouldn't last long.

Unless you are a trained professional, I wouldn't even try. Safety hazard as well.

Yeah only was trying to get it fixed buecause i didn't have the time to go and get one Rofl
