Hello,
I have a Jasper RGH V1, and its has been working very well fr over 2 years. Sometimes have issues like this, but they usually fix themselves. But this one has stumped me. I have been waiting on my RGH to boot for almost 30 minutes, and have tried restarting and booting into Xell, but nothing. Haven't messed with the NAND or anything, but I just haven't played it in a few days. Green light is blinking. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It could be any problem for example RROD i know its a jasper but they do still get RROD
The only way to know to be sure is to flash back the original nand you got and if it boots you know its RGH related
If it red lights you know theres a problem you can then get the secondary error code and google it to see how to fix your problem
