Would anyone want to start a website where people could show off their work and other members could rate it. Kind of like a photobucket deal but other member can rate them and share them? What are your opinions.

Its an interesting concept, although being done before like FireSpinner said but with a little more thought and some concept ideas you could create something pretty decent.
