Well I am thinking of becoming a coach for lower elo team's and I thought this comp would work very well in lower elo ranked teams for the idea that it puts out alot of damage without having to be touched or engage.. Which lower elo players are poor at doing...
Top Lane picks: Kayle or Pantheon
Mid Lane picks: Ziggs Nidalee Leblanc Karma
Jungle picks: Lee Sin Evelyn Elise
ADC Picks: Corki Kog Maw and Cait
Support picks: Karma Thresh Braum or Blitz
Bans:
Renekton: His abilty to close gaps and pick off squishes make him a prime target to stop this comp plus he has a ridiculous late game filled with health and AR and MR
Vi: She has a amazing ability to close gaps like renekton but has a better ability to pick off the strongest squishy and kill him first
WuKong: His E+R combo destroy any team at any postion by disabling them especially when at objectives like turrets and baron or drag + he is a strong tanky champ who deals a lot of damage
Xin Zhao: His ability to close gaps and deal a shit ton of damage with a slow and knock up really could expose the weak side of this comp
And I believe strongly that this comp works best when the mid lane does well and gets a jungler who has a constant presence. I believe this comp will work with early Guardian Angels and banshee Veils so they can sustain if picked off
Give me some criticsm or a way to counter it:) Im always open for criticsm if it is nice:)
I thought this was a solid comp for low elo players

I don't think that was exactly a poke comp. Each role has certain champions that shine above the rest if you can play them correctly and chances are most people in bronze/silver don't have the mechanics to make champions with intense mechanics work like lee sin and yasuo, granted if they are played extremely well then they can single handedly carry a game but that shouldnt be expected in lower elos.
For top lane solid picks at the moment would be Shyvana because of her innate tankiness and incredible scaling. Jax is an excellent duelist and can single handedly change a game as it scales, Renekton is also solid because of his early lane bully potential and good peel he provides. For mid lane you should be looking at a more supportive role except for kayle who is strong all around. Since season 4 began the meta has shifted more towards a team game then someone who can single handedly carry. So for mid you should look for champions like Kayle(runnanns build op), lulu - provides speed shields and peel, kassadin -just broken karma - provides peel, shields, and great damage.
Now on to jungling, mechanically intense junglers like lee sin are most likely going to be poor in lower elos and you should expect people to know how to play him even if they say they do, most high elo people are poor on lee sin as well. It takes a lot of practice to get good at him so i dont recommend him unless they are sure they know how to snowball the game with him. I think that elise and evelynn are amazing early game picks that can potentially snowball a game into your favour. However in bronze/silver most people dont know how to close out games so its better to pick a jungler that will scale such as nocturne, amumu, vi, or jarvan. For adc there isnt many options, the top tier adc picks right now are definately Lucian, Twitch, Kogmaw, with caitlyn and jinx being situational. For support since the 4.10 changes healing supports are back into the meta so expect champions like sona and nami to be good, thresh, braum, and morgana are still extremely strong due to the peel they provide and i recommend straying away from leona since most of the healing supports are good at kiting, e.x. Nami, sona. This may/may not help you but i tried to give my 2cents, pm me if you have any questions
