Okay, so I just got this PC from a generous friend cause he got a brand new one so he let me have this one. This PC used to be used for gaming but that was like 5 years ago so now everything is out of date, and it cant properly run newer games at all. So My question is, Which should i upgrade first?? The processor, the RAM, or the graphics card??

These are my specs:
Processor: intel core 2 duo E6320 @1.86Ghz ~ 1.9Ghz (supposed to run that speed but really runs at 1.6Ghz on average according to CPU-Z)
Ram: 3GB
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 5450
OS: Windows 7, 32-bit

Well it really doesn't matter what you upgrade first because whatever you upgrade first it will still suck afterwards

I would have you try your hardest to get the Motherboard and CPU at the same time, just so you are able to use it.. By a new motherboard, it might not have the same socket size for the CPU making it un-usable until you buy a matching socket CPU.. And the same. You have enough memory and a ok card already, start at the motherboard & CPU both if possible at the same time.. Then move to the Power Supply, GPU, RAM, HDD. Look to see what Wattage your Power-supply is and make sure you have enough room to upgrade with the current amount of wattage.

Ahh thank you, I'm just getting into computers so i wasnt sure which to do first. Do you, or anyone else, know of any motherboard & CPU combos around 100$ that will be able to run a game like Marvel heroes, or something like that at a decent quality and frame rate?

I would completely agree with this but I would upgrade the cpu, hardrive, and ram all at once to keep them balanced.

I'd agree with this but I would definitely upgrade the ram and graphics card together to make things easier and smoother for you.
