Should i keep him or sell him? my team is a BPL team so he would fit in well but what i heard is that i could buy a ton of players.

Sell it and buy his TOTS card . For some reason the card being green makes it more expensive then his 95 rated blue TOTS card :facepalm:

It's not the colour it's the length of time the card is out, because iMOTM is only out for 24 hours they're more rare but after they come out on TOTM then they drop in price again.
