Why are you getting hit lol, you must either be annoying someone (verbally) or you must be amazing at the game. Also you don't really need a VPN if your router is dynamic, just reset it to give yourself a different IP... Also it's not that easy to get IPs through xbox you need to know what you're doing, as you are most likely playing with several other people so their IPs also come up. Also I would check who you are playing with for example friends etc as they might be doing it for a 'laugh'. But if you do really want a VPN. I would definitely recommend nVPN as it is very fast and easy to set up.

Its much more difficult to VPN your xbox than one thinks. You can't just hook one up on your computer you have to put it on your computer , start the vpn connection then share connections between your pc and xbox. its very difficult task.

Its a "Virtual Private Network" and yes it conceals your ip address and masks it with another.
