The file has to end with an image extension. For the one you are trying to do, I found the link for it. Just inspect element and find the link to the image itself.

Are you asking how you embed images on the site?

You must copy the Image URL. You can do that by right clicking the image and selecting the option that says "Copy Image URL."

Once you do that just insert it in your post like this.
