He said that this build would be able to run BF4 on high graphics and I was wondering it it's true. Or at least be able to record Minecraft or Cod4?

You have an AM3+ board with an FM2 CPU. Either switch to an FM2+ board or get an AM3+ CPU. The R9 265 is also faster and cheaper than the 750 Ti.

With the board and CPU, would any of the combos you said be cheaper/faster or is it the same either way?
