It looks nice, but way to empty, hard with water manipulations because not a lot of images will suit it, you've done well

I like the depth but the statue of Liberty is not that small.

The amount of little elements you added have been hidden by the light levels.

Try not to hide behind the colour correcting, some of the blending still needs to be worked on
