They suspended me for no reason the i made another account and got in a 10th lobbie on mw2 and got suspended again then did the same thing on to more accounts and all the same bs i think there eyeing my console

I think that's enough of a reason for a ban.

If your bothered about getting banned then just stop modding and if you cared about your accounts being banned so much you wouldn't mod.
