I'm new to Apple and therefore, jailbreaking. And as I'm looking through Cydia, many of the app descriptions seem as though the apps aren't supported on iOS 7.1.1 yet. Will they work if I download them? If not, what are some good apps to start of this experience with that DO work on iOS 7.1.1?

As far as my knowledge is, most tweaks on cydia will take atleast a month for the developers to update them to iOS 7.1.
