Okay so everytime I try to get my iPhone 4S into Recovery the iPhone will just turn on normally, I got it into Passive Mode again but I cant do it again.

If i remember correctly, redsn0w has a built in application in their
program that can put your iPhone into recovery mode!
so if you're willing to download redsn0w, you can just use that.

Is there a link for that, I've used redsn0w to JB before but I didnt know that had that.

As much as I would love to give you a link, I think its better not because
when I looked it up, most people are complaining about how when they
used the Recovery button, it caused their phones to stay in a constant
Restore loop.

Also if you don't mind me asking, why do you need to go into recovery mode?
