Depends on what your looking to mod? Most CoDs you can mod with a USB but it's very limited. With a Jtag/RGH you can do a lot more.

I would recommend to buy a RGH it is the same thing as a JTAG but just newer. I bought my RGH from a very nice seller named neto888.

Jtag and RGH are technically the exact same thing, One is with wires and the other is with a chip. It all depends on what you modding. See some games have mod menus and some have mod menus,xrpc's, rtm's. The difference between a XRPC tool and a mod menu is that an XRPC is all done through a network and requires a Computer. But a mod menu you just have to replace the .dll or what ever it is and you'll have the mod menu. But an XRPC needs .dll in DL and but also may steel you KV
