I started learning code today, and I don`t did any mistake till the 10th step that is not letting me proceeding... I did everything right, someone can help me?

I'm going to assume it's because you should have:

<a href="link">Text</a>
<!--This has double quotes-->

instead of:

<a href=''link''>Text</a>
<!--This has two single quotes for each-->


For future reference, it would also be easier to help you if you were to post your problems in English.
