I've heard that if you try to test your connection in system settings, and it takes from 35-45 seconds and fails, you have an unbanned kv. If it takes 5-10 seconds, it may be banned. (This method is not proven to be reliable so don't trust it 100%) It's much easier to know the history of the kv. The best advise I can give is to buy a new kv. Pm me if you need help with anything else.

if the kv is on the hdd of the console just put it through the kv checker tool if not, when you get the console put flash360 onto the console and back up the nand the file will be saved as flashdmp.bin, then open up 360 flash tool open the flashdmp.bin in it and then click on extract and tick the box kv, choose were you want it to be saved to then run the kv_dec through the kv checker tool
