Every CoD I have sported a 1.7-2.2 kdr, but this year I'm sitting on 0.97, I simply don't understand where I'm going wrong, my play-style hasn't changed, but maybe that's the problem, any tips from experienced players on how to be better?

Try Playing against bots on the hardest difficulty to try and improve your reaction time map awareness and accuracy

Ive found that it takes less to kill on this game so thats probably why

I've never really touched on any objective based game modes apart from when I'm playing clan vs clan so I couldn't help you with those two

Use focus if you don't already, you'll win a lot more gunfights

Exactly same here.
I have a 2.12 K/D on MW3, 2.50 K/D on Bo2, 1.90 K/D on Bo1.
On Ghosts I have a 1.40 K/D.
We are probably good at Treyarch games and depends on IW.

From playing public match, a couple things determine whether you're gonna win or not:
-Make sure you're running Dead Silence, Stalker, Focus, etc
-Don't run out into the middle of the map, it's always a bad idea, the game is basically a rendition of hardcore
-Your connection actually determines whether you do good on this game or not

Really? I have a 5 kd lmao....
This is the easiest cod so far.
Try playing slower and aim down your sites before every corner.
Also run dead silence, focus, and quickdraw. Try playing with parties as well.
