hey guys, i just got around Updating my Dash to 16756 and before i updated it my xbox sounded
like an airplane, i could hear it from other rooms
and now since its updated it sounds like a Slim xbox. anyone know why?

In the files on the old dash, There were alot of files etc... Now the update is out less files = Less Power = Less fan movement

Lol, you can go and change it back to an airplane in DashLaunch.

Lol, i already know you can change it back on Dashlaunch or FSD
, i was wondering why it slowed down when it i updated it.

What were you using to edit the fan speed? FSD, DashLaunch, Fan Speed Patches?

Also does your dashlaunch still work on the new update?

xSTANDBYxKING that answer is horse shit.

When OP updated the dashboard he either over-wrote the SMC config settings that had it running high fanspeed or dashlaunch/FSD settings that had it set high. Has nothing to do with "less files, less power" that is absolute BS.
