I have been using the same disc for over 20 rgh consoles. Just tried it on another console and screen is stuck at "preparing update info". I can't even cancel. I have to turn off the system and turn it back on. Console works fine, reads disc, boots up no problem, wifi works.
Currently hard wired as always
Just tried making another disc. Same problem

Suggestions?

use a usb or just put it on the console directly
