If you have a USB plugged in unplug it then boot the console, then plug it back in after the console boots and gets to the dashboard

change it through your launch.ini on your computer

it should have worked did you put it like this liveblock = false & livestrong = false also did you put the launch.ini back on your console and restart it?

Yes I did I honestly have no idea what to do.

To disable change both values to "true" in the launch.ini, that may be your problem because the way they word it in the file is extremely confusing.

I had a similar issue when trying to connect to xbox live hammer, they must both be set to false. After this try configuring your network after pressing eject button at boot time this prevent the console from booting the dashlaunch plugins which seem to interfere and cause a dns error.
