Rengar is better because you can jump out of the bushes and 1 shot squishy champions if you have the right item build.

I actually like both champs a lot! I would say go with Rengar if you like someone that is sorta tanky and can do a lot of damage. Plus he can Top Lane and Jungle. Voli can also Top Lane or Jungle, but i would say get him if you're really wanting to be "the team tank". My choice would be RENGAR!

VOLI!!! such a lane bully or a great jungler his w can equal out a ton of damage top lane at lvl 1! sure rengar is amazing but he is super late game champ voli is good all around 2 almost a for sure kill i always do! w at lvl 1 to poke lvl 2 q and throw him back then w him if possibe. What a do for rengar is try and cs and poke with his passive as much as possible and if you get fed then u arent super late game if you do have a full build as rengar ult then almost. a for sure kill. But in general i vote volibear.
