Because of my last post, I took the advice to start all over.

P.S, I'm building this myself.

Overall the total build is going to cost me $901 and I'm willing to make changes to the entire build as long as I don't go over $950

Are you running two monitors? if not, there isn't much point in getting the 4GB version of the card.
You should get the next model up if you want more gaming performance for the same price.

This card is very highly rated, and there is a significant difference in terms of performance.

Yes
I however would get a 2GB 760 or a 2GB 770 if you can afford the 770. This is because the extra VRAM can slow the GPU down a little as it has to deal with double the memory than it would normally do. Also, there is very little difference on benchmarks between the same card at 2 and 4GB.
