You don't.

Your Carrier will need to do it for you.

you wanted to use samsung galaxy Ace2 mobile to any other network globally? If yes, then you need to unlock your mobile according to the network you reside , Its a paid service. first find out your mobile phone IMEI number. You can find this by typing in *#06# and then hitting the enter o rsend key on your phone . This number is completely unique to your phone and will be used to generate or calculate an unlock code for your mobile. Then the unlock code here [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] using
unlock code specified in it you can proceed unlocking your mobile.

You can purchase an unlock code over the internet. Try ebay.

Also, if you want to do it for free, there's this method to unlock any Samsung phone. All you have to do is root it and extract this file from it, the l51.bin if I remember right(I probably don't), and in that file is the unlock code. Of course it's in a slightly different location each time depending on the phone.
And I can't find the tutorial on how to do it exactly anymore either.
