Believe me they have plenty of codes left. You dont need to "let people" have a chance

What are the chances of getting banned for this? Since it says one code only per person.

There is no chance of being banned.

They cannot actually enforce that rule

Jagex wrote I got $105. It ended up messing up and asking to provide phone numbers etc at the last minute.

Same happened to me too, luckily I still managed to get $90 worth.
