So in my quest to finish of the last achievements in skyrim, i go to start the quest "A Daedras best friend" but the quest giver Lod is dead. How can i either get Lod to respawn or use a console command to initiate the quest to start. Please help me out

Did you try looking at the road outside of Falkreath (one past the inn) for the dog? If that doesn't work you may be out of luck unless there is a modding option. Sorry

Yea i have walked all over. i have the "Speak to lod option" not find Barbas

You could reset the quest with console commands it would be something like setstage DA03 5, this should reset the quest back to the guard mentioning the dog
