Note: Store owners all start off with some merchandise the rest you buy. Also you may not get the job you want in the very beginning of the game (ex. Electrician, Landscaper, Real Estate Agent, etc.) most people wont need electrical work or landscaping done for them right when the game starts. So dont be mad if youre not able to get the job you want right away.

JOB DISCRIPTIONS


Miner: Goes mining for things like coal, iron, gold, diamond, redstone, etc.

Woodcutter: Goes around and gets wood to stock the store. Deals with miner to acquire some other materials too.

Armory : Sells weapons to people.

BlackSmith: Sells armor to people.

Landscaper: Decorates and designs things for people who commission you.

Builder: Builds things for people who commission you.

Electrician: Does redstone wiring must be good with redstone and get hired by people.

Fisherman: Catches fish has unlimited access to dock, takes boat from dock to the large fishing boat in the lake. There can be multiple fishermen.

Fast Food: Works at a Fast Food restaurant, takes orders and prepares meals according to recipes.

Real Estate Agent: Sells houses and tries to convince people to spend more on houses.

Farmer: Farms food and sells to the shops.

Baker: Runs the bakery and also makes bread, cookies, and cakes.

Potion Brewer: Works at potion store and sells potions, also has full access to the Nether to gather potion materials. You are given a potion brewing work station with mostly everything that you will need.

Stripper: Strips for people. Good money if popular ;)

Banker: Stores peoples money and has to give interest when deposited, has to be trusted, also hires Repo Men to take back unpaid loans.

Pixel Artist: Creates GOOD pixel art around the town to make it look nice. Must be a good pixel artist and let me see some of your work first.

Repo Man: Works for the bank. You agree a contract with the bank.

Runner: Carries stuff to other places. You agree a contract with your customers.

Free Lancer: Small time work for everyone, gets paid accordingly to the contract you agree with your customer.

Guard: Gets hired by people to protect them from other players or mobs

Mineral Store Owner: Sells minerals to people; like iron, gold, coal, diamond, etc. (I give you the supplies)

Police Officer: Makes sure no people are fighting and protects everyone from mobs.
The police officer increases in rank as they become more trustworthy, stay in the server, and do their job well. As you get promoted in rank you will get better armor, better weapons, more money per day and more privileges. At first Ill only hire one police officer but once they reach the rank of Sergeant I'll hire another.

JOB BENEFITS

WILL SAY IN GAME

Hardware Store owner/lumberjack: $20 a day, plus I pay you half price of the wood you get.(ex.) wood, sticks, planks. etc
Mining Supplies store owner/ Miner: $20 a day plus I pay you half price of what materials you bring back.(ex.) cobblestone, ores, etc.
Armory Owner/ Blacksmith: $20 a day.
Mineral Store Owner: $20 a day.
Landscaper: You landscape for people who hire you to landscape for them, you and your customer agree on a price.
Builder: You can be hired by people to build things for them and you agree on a price with them also, I can pay you to repair anything that has been damaged. (ex. a piece of the road blown up by a creeper)
Electrician: You can be hired by people to do some redstone work for them and you agree on a price with them.
Baker: $20 a day
McDonald's employee: $30 a day, a semi-hard job you may need a little training as some people aren't patient enough to wait long for their order to be made.
Fisherman: $2 for every fish that you catch
Pixel Artist: Depends on what you are going to build.
Real estate agent: Gets paid 20% of the price they sold the house for.
Factory worker/ Farmer: $30 a day. If you work at the cooked pork chop factory then I pay you $1 for each pork chop you give me. If you work at the wheat factory then I pay you $32 for each stack of wheat you give me.
Potion Brewer/ Potion store owner: $20 a day. If you are a potion brewer, then you make potions and I pay you $20 for every potion that you give me.
Police Officer: $35 a day gets a $5 pay raise for each rank that they increase.


EXTRAS

Everybody starts off the game with $100, and you will make more as the game goes on.

Some other ways to earn money are by boxing If you win a boxing match then you win $50.

Randomly throughout the game I will have drop parties where I pick a certain spot in the map and I say drop party and I start dropping items, I can drop things from enchanted items to pieces of wood, you just have to be lucky and hope that you pick up something good.
