You'd be better off going on Craigslist to find an already built computer for that price. You won't really get anything good enough for what you need the build for with $530. Good luck though!

Really? I'm not a real expert but I think $530 is a pretty decent amount for a gaming build.

A solid gaming pc costs 700-1000 range
a regular desktop pc alone costs 500
youre not going to put a crappy processor in it youre going to want an i5 or better the graphics card alone should be about 100$+

You have no knowledge upon this subject so when he gives you advice don't act like you know more

If you want to run everything you're gonna need to put in 200 more atleast. Don't settle on something crappy because you are gonna have to upgrade soon unless you put the money in now. $530 is barely cutting it, and you don't want to be using an FM2+ cpu in 2014. Just save up a few hundred more and get an FX-8350 and GTX 760.

Exactly. 500 dollars won't get you anything other than a standard computer. If you go on craigslist you'll find good built computers for a 1/3 of the price they built it for. That's your best bet. I have a computer built for gaming, video rendering, programming, game design, ect and you really won't get anywhere without spending at least $1500+. Especially for gaming, a cheap computer will be out of date quick. I spent over $5000 on my build to ensure I wouldn't have to upgrade or make a new build any time soon. Better to save up a little more than have a computer that you'll end up trashing 3 years from now.

it all depends what you wanna run! A 500 dollar pc can get you CS:Go on medium to high settings or bf4 on very low settings
