can anyone help me. what is the best method to earn RP as quick as possible to level up as im only level 10??

Play through missions. You can earn easy/decent amount of money and get ranked up fairly easy, also make sure you join a crew to earn more RP.

Have one of your friends that is level 75 host Roof top rumble and boost you up from there. It's the best cash and RP a hour. It's not all that bad grinding it over and over too. Hope this helped.
