Intel HD 3000 is an integrated GPU (iGPU) so technically you can't overclock it. But if your CPU is unlocked you can overclock that which should give the iGPU a little boost to.

What is the CPU in question?

PS, don't overclock a laptops CPU lol, you'll blow it up.

You can increase its performance somewhat by getting faster memory because integrated GPUs use system memory. Unfortunately, laptops are very limited in this regard, too.

One does not overclock a laptop, overclocking requires very beefy cooling, otherwise it'll burn to bits mate.
