Yesterday night i shutdown and updated my pc. This morning i go to startup my pc and all is fine until my computer comes to the windows 8 logon screen. Here i see a black screen but i can move my cursor around and i see 2 icons appearing for a fraction of a second every few seconds. When starting up my pc and pressing f8 i have the option to start windows boot manager and begin setup. Windows boot manager doesnt happen when i chose that option, it just continues with the broken startup and begin setup just opens my BIOS settings. Every so often of trying to start up my pc i get a startup repair thing where its basically the screen that appears when f8 actually works, i have tried everything on the internet that forums have advised me too in that screen and nothin has worked. I think it may have something to do with my graphics card but am not sure. Someone please help, im going crazy not being able to play skyrim.
Oh and by the way, i am not reseting my storage.

I cant interact with my computer in any way apart from doing the f8 thing. But it worked fine last night before the windows update.

Nope. If seems like the only option is to remove all files.
It just came up with the recovery startup screen and i clicked an option that just opened my BIOS settings. I have no hope.
