Say I buy a game on Xbox 360 like fifa 14 will I have it on Xbox one??

You will have the achievements, but you will not be able to play it on Xbox One as it isn't backward compatible, you'll have to buy Fifa 14's Xbox One version. All your in-game data carries over e.g UT players etc.
