You can mod your save files, There is a Save Editor, Lobbies aren't needed.

That one was on the top viewed YouTube videos for Payday 2 modding. That was actually on a console too.

Look up gamesave editors for the PS3. No one here is helping. Modded lobbies are hard to find and I had an easier time modding my own save.

Actually if you message justeve he will do it for you, he is very helpful in the ps3 section. He has modded/resgined many saves for me
