I'd maybe swap the 760 for a 280x, and don't bother getting a black series HDD. Get a 120gb ssd for boot and a normal wd blue for data.
Either is great, windows 8.1 is probably going to be better as games adopt dx11.2

im running the same graphics card only I have an i7 3770k and 16gb ram I get 50 fps+

But the 4670k have better singlecore performance, your i7 and 16gb ram does not matter.
A 280x is better than a 760.
