Yes the item you linked will work fine. What Input does your TV support?
Hdmi, Vga, DVI?
becuase if it supports vga for example you can a Hdmi to vga adapter which is just another solution you will have.

That switch will work just fine. I have the same switch, and it works for my setup.

It has AV, Component, and an HDMI cable. But the new consoles come with an HDMI cord so I think I will have to use that

For digital to analog or vice-versa, an active adapter would be required. Those are relatively expensive and it's best to avoid analog if possible. HDMI to DVI or other digital to digital adapters are passive and very cheap because it's essentially the same signal.

Thanks man, you have the same exact switch as the one I linked? Also what is you're setup?

Same exact version, but the image has changed since the last time I purchased it.
I have my wii u, xbox 360, and the xbox one hooked up to it. Easily able to switch between each one I want, but the remote that came with it never worked for me.

Alright, cool because I was thinking about getting the Xbox one, so it should work fine
