Im trying to find a cheap PC for streaming and gaming.
I found a PC that i like and I wanted to know your opinions on it,
whether its good or bad.

I would build your own PC instead of purchasing a pre-built one. You could get a pretty decent rig for the price of that PC you linked.

With a $700 budget you could easily get a build with a 270x which one run most games at high settings.

If you made a topic here you would get better advice than what I could give you. Just make sure to include your budget and what you are going to use your build for so people can pick out parts that will be best for you.
