Depends on the shop honestly, just cal around. Another big factor is experience, make sure the person knows what they are doing and look at their previous work. Something like that would probably cost between 150-300 in my opinion.

It depends on how long it will take to do as many artists charge by the hour.

It would be way more than that, I have one tattoo on my arm, it is 9 letters long and cost me about $200, I called multiple shops and it was the about the same price for each one.

OT: Price, I wouldn't expect it to be low, there is a lot of shading and detail in that tattoo and it's looking pretty lengthy. Now, some shops may do it for cheaper than others, yes, but I still wouldn't hold onto it being in the $200 range. Some artists charge by the hour, while some charge a flat out rate, either way, go into a few shops, bring the picture or email/text them the picture (some will respond to texts) and then call them asking how much they'll charge. Now don't low ball it, if at some chance you do find someone who will do it for about $200, look at their work and see what they can or have done. I would rather pay a lot more for a tattoo that looks good, over low balling the price and ending up with a tattoo that is done very poorly.

Usually the more experienced they are the higher they charge, usually hourly rate or on how many sittings it would take to finish it and some charge more for shading/colouring, don't decide who to go with based on price as it could be rushed and a shoddy job.

Ehhh I'm still not too sure about it costing that much. Prices out there might be a lot different when it comes to getting a tattoo, I'm not too sure at what most shops charge out there, but I still wouldn't get my hopes up for it being in a lower price range. That tattoo does have a lot of detail, shading and is a good length where that alone would start to cost more for it. As you said though, email a few of them and ask for some of their art so you can see what that artist you're speaking to, has done before so you can choose who you want to do your tattoo. Good luck on your tattoo!
