Edit* Scratch that, pc part picker played tricks on me. But if you can i suggest upgrading to the 270x, as thats what i use to play arma 3, and it powers through greatly. But what cpu do u have as it also needs a good cpu

The 260X is the best card for its price and it will play any game at 1080p. Of course, it's a budget card so you will have to lower settings in demanding games. If you want to upgrade, the R7 265 is about $145 and performs more like the 270/270X than the 260X.
I'd also suggest the Antec VP-450 over the CX500 for you. One PCI power connector is all you need, it's cheaper, and it's arguably better.
